Through our website and communication channels we may process your name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, message content and other information you submit in forms, together with technical data related to site use (IP address, browser information and cookie records).
Purposes
We process data to respond to enquiries, run meeting and proposal processes, deliver our services, meet legal duties, protect information security and improve the website experience.
Legal bases
Processing may rest on explicit consent, the conclusion or performance of a contract, a legal obligation, our legitimate interests, or the establishment, exercise or defence of a right, as set out in Article 5 of the KVKK.
Transfers
Data may be shared, only as needed for the purposes above, with competent public authorities where required by law and with service providers such as hosting and e-mail partners. Any transfer abroad is carried out in line with the KVKK.
Retention
Personal data are kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set by law. They are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your data are processed, request information, learn whether they are used for their purpose, learn the third parties to whom they are transferred, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where the law so allows, object to a result against you that arises from automated analysis, and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
